Easter Holidays

We're going camping down to Albany this weekend for Easter, and we had to go and buy a tent for the occasion. What does this have to do with Monkeyspawn? Well we realised that we had to think about buying a tent "for the future" which means "for us plus child". Terrifying thought!

So this is the one we got - it is totally awesome. Jimbo can stand inside without hunching over, it has 3 rooms and should last us forever and a day. Monkeyspawn and friend can have a sleepover in the other room whilst we can collapse exhausted in the other room. Pretty cool!

Nothing to Say

There's really not much to say, just thought that I would write an entry in case you thought we'd forgotten about the site. I'm still working as normal, getting all the freaky owners and all the weird cases as per usual. James has started his new job which is full of brain dead morons who bore him to tears - apparently they just don't talk about anything in the office, it's all about work work work. Boring!

It's another couple of weeks still until the anatomy scan which should hopefully tell us what the gender is. Most people seem to think it's going to be a girl, I have no idea (since I barely feel pregnant) and James doesn't really care so who knows at this stage!

The roof over the decking is being built by James and his dad at the moment - today or tomorrow it's expected to be finished. You can see a photo of the front of the house on Jimbo's Blog (link in the right hand column). Other than that, I think we have nothing more to say. Cheers!

Stroller Arrival

A week or so ago we bought a stroller from ebay. It arrived today, and here is a picture of the mother-to-be looking like she didn't want me to take her photo with the stroller.

Ultrasound

So here is an attempted scan of the ultrasound. It's pretty hard to see, but there's a baby in there! This ultrasound was taken at approximately 12 weeks.
